Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated primarily for the Philippine market. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing and using 7jl16 is lawful in their jurisdiction. 7jl16 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside the Philippines. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register.

2.3 Registration Requirements

2.4 One Account Per Person

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently closed, all bonus amounts will be voided, and net winnings above deposited funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Responsibilities

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 3.2 You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, including any activity conducted by a third party using your credentials with or without your consent.

3.3 All information provided to 7jl16 must be accurate and kept up to date. You must promptly update your account information if any material change occurs, particularly with respect to your payment method details or contact information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 7jl16 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, including failure to enable two-factor authentication where the option is available.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7jl16 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Available methods may change without prior notice. 7jl16 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at its sole discretion.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 7jl16 does not accept deposits from payment accounts held in a third party's name. Deposits from anonymous, corporate, or joint accounts are prohibited. There is no mandatory minimum deposit amount, though minimum bet requirements apply per game.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 4.4 Currency

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

You confirm that all funds deposited on 7jl16 originate from legitimate personal income and that your gaming activity does not constitute money laundering or any related offence. 7jl16 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the AMLC as required by law.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional benefits offered by 7jl16 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Any pattern of wagering that, in 7jl16's reasonable assessment, constitutes systematic bonus exploitation — including but not limited to structured low-risk wagering strategies solely designed to convert bonus funds without material gaming risk — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

Gameplay Rules

6.1 All games available on the 7jl16 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

6.2 Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the 7jl16 Platform use independently certified RNG software. Certified return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published and available upon request. 7jl16 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the 7jl16 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, database structures, and audiovisual materials — is the property of 7jl16 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership or licence rights in any 7jl16 intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from 7jl16.

9.2 The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data are governed by the 7jl16 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

9.3 7jl16 implements AES-256 encryption for all data transmitted between your device and 7jl16's servers. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing protocols and are never stored in plain text.

9.4 7jl16 may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities including PAGCOR, the AMLC, or law enforcement agencies under applicable Philippine law. Any such disclosure will be made in accordance with legal requirements.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7jl16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

10.2 7jl16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

10.3 7jl16 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 7jl16 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but is not liable for downtime resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party network failures, or force majeure events.

12.1 7jl16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is identified; (c) account information is found to be false or materially inaccurate; (d) a regulatory or legal obligation requires account closure; or (e) 7jl16 is directed to do so by a competent authority.

12.2 Upon termination for breach of these Terms, 7jl16 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. Where termination is not due to Player misconduct, verified real-money balances (net of any void bonuses or bonus-derived winnings under investigation) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3 You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 7jl16's 24/7 support team. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to any specific promotional compensation.

Dispute Resolution

13.4 7jl16's determination on disputes involving alleged software malfunctions, game outcome errors, and alleged system irregularities shall be final, subject only to applicable Philippine regulatory oversight.

Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Subject to Section 13 (Dispute Resolution), the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

15.1 7jl16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 7jl16 will provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address registered on their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

15.2 The version of the Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time is the current operative version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into effect.

15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
